Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Asia. Which caters to most of the F&B's around Asia with their wide range of products. Currently, they are looking for a sales Manager to expand into their Non-Asian Market to join their dedicated team.
Job Duties
- Sector - Food & Beverage (Cafes, Central Kitchen, Distributors, Restaurants, etc) and Hospitality (Hotels, etc).
- Achieving the sales objectives, targets set by the company
- Finding and developing new markets with your own business contacts.
- Drive sales growth with new key accounts customers by building strong customer relationships
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting.
- Understanding the company products, competition in the market and positioning to develop sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and relevant sales report to management.
- Lead, motivate and supervise a sales team.
- Train and guide team members to develop their full potential.
- Responsible for bringing in new sales contract and review current contract activities.
- Attend to urgent deliveries requested by the customers.
- To resolve any issues with other HOD regarding sales.
- Attend to customers complaints and feedback proactively.
- Attend events as required
- Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary
Job Requirements
- Candidates with their own vehicle will be a plus
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Minimum of 5 yeras experience in Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality Sector.
