We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our F&B Sales team. This role assists with Gift Central operations, group booking administration, and daily sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Gift Central platform, including voucher enquiries, bulk orders, and product updates.
- Provide administrative support for group and event bookings, including inputting leads, preparing Event Orders, and coordinating vendor access.
- Handle incoming enquiries and assist the sales team with follow-ups.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Update client records, track sales activities, and support reporting on market trends and customer feedback.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support the Sales & Marketing Division as required.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of OSEM/Delphi is a plus.
- Experience in sales support or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
