Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our F&B Sales team. This role assists with Gift Central operations, group booking administration, and daily sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Gift Central platform, including voucher enquiries, bulk orders, and product updates.
  • Provide administrative support for group and event bookings, including inputting leads, preparing Event Orders, and coordinating vendor access.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and assist the sales team with follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Update client records, track sales activities, and support reporting on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support the Sales & Marketing Division as required.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of OSEM/Delphi is a plus.
  • Experience in sales support or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
