  • Supervise restaurant operation
  • Delegates duties and responsibilities to waiters/waitresses where necessary
  • Ensure that standardized procedures, rules, and regulations for all aspects of service are laid down systematically, uniformity and in conformity with the club policies
  • Provide Food and Beverage services to our Members consistent with the Club standards
  • Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions as required by the Outlet Manager.
  • Prepare all mise en place for Restaurant Service according to requirements of daily forecast.
  • Assist in preparation of table plans, layout, and operating equipment for service.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of F&B Outlet supervisor work experience.
  • Friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
