Job Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
- Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers and clear tables
- Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards
- Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the outlet & management team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
- Responsible, customer-driven, committed and willing to learn
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player
