Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle store operations
  • Lead and guide a team of Crew
  • Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
  • Provide excellent service experience to all customers
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
  • Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
  • Guide and monitor work performance of all staff
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry (experience in coffee shop management will be an added advantage)
  • Have beverage store experience will be an added advantage
  • Quality-driven and customer-centric
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
