Are you a foodie interested in sharing your local food culture to guests We are looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to lead a team and share your love for local food with your team and guests visiting our food attraction.
Your duties would include:
Lead, train, and support front-line staff to ensure strong team performance and service delivery.
Ensure memorable and exceptional experiences for all guests and customers through creative, innovative ideas and concepts with a strong guest recognition system/program
Monitor and collaborate with the team to achieve financial and budgetary goals and targets i.e. revenue.
Responsible for overseeing all operations within the attraction, including the F&B portion.
Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure they are up to date with their training needs.
Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and coordinate team logistics effectively.
Recruit, schedule and manage in-house customer service team.
Develop and implement training plans to ensure accurate and engaging delivery of tour content.
Foster a strong team culture among the team to boost pride and professionalism.
Ensure high service standards through prompt issue resolution and continuous improvement of visitor experience.
Manage revenue collection and reporting from F&B, retail, and tours.
Liaise with tour operators, schools, and community partners to build strong external relationships.
Oversee service vendors and ensure contracts are well-executed and maintained effectively.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or WSQ certification in Tourism, Hospitality or F&B field.
Minimum 3 years experience in operations and team leadership, ideally in tourism, F&B or attractions.
Proven experience working and training a team
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, visitor-focused environment.
