F&B Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company's food or beverage operation by rotating to different positions

. Maximizing sales and profitability of outlets

. Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

. Ensure new employees are trained properly

. Follow up on the training progress of employees

. Ensure compliance in all areas, Company policies and procedures

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
