Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them professionally to enhance their experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure customer safety
  • Handle daily operations activities including but not limited to: Cashiering duties, Kitchen duties, Preparing desserts and Tea crafting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including displaying promotional materials.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work full time, 6 days per week, including long hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Able to overtime during staff shortages
  • Physically fit able to stand for extended periods and carry trays
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking clients)
  • Punctuality, discipline, and responsibility to meet operational demands
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit to contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Basic F&B knowledge preferred (training provided for suitable candidates)
