Team Management: Supervise and manage a small team of restaurant crew members during assigned shifts. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure completion to maintain smooth operations. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
Operations Management: Ensure the store operates efficiently during the shift, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely service. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly. Ensure orders meet Subway's quality standards and customer expectations.
Administrative Duties: Handle cash management, including closing tills and preparing shift reports. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating breaks. Report to the Store Manager on operational updates and performance metrics.
