Job Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any operational issues and ensure SOPs are followed.
- Assist in guiding junior team members or part-timers during shifts.
- Assist in training new hires on food preparation and hygiene.
- Support in inventory checks, simple admin follow-ups, and improvement suggestions.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.
- Alert management on low stock and assist in placing orders.
- Check and receive supplier deliveries, ensuring quantity and quality are accurate.
- Conduct monthly or weekly stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Provide feedback on outlet layout, workflows, or menu presentation for efficiency.
- Suggest ideas for promotions, bundling offers, or local engagement activities.
- Participate in meetings or discussions with management on outlet performance.
- Assist in conducting training and interviews for new hires.
Job Requirements
- Passionate in the F&B industry and is service-oriented
- Relevant experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary.
- Possess customer service excellence, positive can-do attitude and is a team player
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
