Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the outlet
- Supervise front-of-house team and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist to train new staff and maintain SOP standards
- Handle cashiering, closing reports and daily sales reconciliation
- Manage reservations, customer feedback and seating flow
- Support inventory management, stock check and ordering
- Ensure hygiene standards and safe practices are upheld
- Lead shift operations independently when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations, preferably local food cuisine
- Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to work weekends and shift hours
- Positive attitude, reliable and enjoys serving customers
- Able to communicate well (English / Mandarin a plus for Chinese food environment)

Salary Range: $3000- $4,000 (based on experience)
Work Hours: 5.5 / 6 day work week (rota shift)
