F&B Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family-friendly KTV outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and driving overall business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service delivery
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards
• Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving sales targets
• Drive promotional activities and initiatives to increase outlet revenue

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience managing outlet operations and staff scheduling is preferred
