Key Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:
Supervision and Management:
Oversee and manage all F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure staff adherence to service standards and company policies.
Handle employee concerns and address conflicts.
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
Inventory and Cost Control:
Maintain inventory of food and beverages, ordering supplies as needed.
Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
Contribute to cost control and budget management.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Report any potential hazards or defects.
Other Duties:
May assist in menu planning and promotions.
