Salary Range:SGD 3,200 - 3,800 (commensurate with experience)
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented F&B Supervisor to support daily front-of-house operations in a semi-fine dining environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor or Senior Captain ready to take on greater leadership responsibility.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, strong guest experience, and effective team coordination.
Supervise daily front-of-house operations during service
Ensure high standards of service quality, presentation, and guest experience
Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate service staff during shifts
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift deployment
Support onboarding and on-the-job training of new staff
Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards on the floor
Assist with opening and closing duties
Support POS operations, cash handling, and basic reporting
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Follow and enforce SOPs and service guidelines
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or Senior Service Captain
Experience in casual, modern, or semi-fine dining concepts
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to lead shifts independently and stay calm under pressure
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with POS systems and basic operational reporting
Knowledge of Singapore F&B hygiene and service standards
