We are looking for a motivated and responsible Outlet Supervisor / Store Lead to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver excellent service and quality. This role offers growth opportunities, including managing new outlets and leading regional teams in the future.

Job Description:

. Manage day-to-day outlet operations, including cashiering, customer service, and maintaining food quality.

. Oversee stock management, ordering, and coordination of staff schedules.

. Gather customer feedback and support the execution of in-store campaigns.

. Opportunity to take on greater responsibility in managing new outlets and regional teams.

Requirements:

. F&B frontline experience preferred.

. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

. High sense of responsibility and willingness to develop leadership skills.

. Basic bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese preferred) flexibility to work shifts.
