F&B Service Executive

Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Central Region

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week |Split Shift | Sunday and Monday Closed

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day functions of the restaurant.

• Maintain a proactive and organised approach, providing efficient and excellent guest service with a positive attitude at all times.

• Follow managers directions to deliver smooth customer service while maintaining restaurant service standards and standard operating procedures.

• Handle guest interactions including seating arrangements, menu recommendations, upselling, order-taking, order fulfilment, and attending to guest needs.

• Support daily operations such as opening and closing duties, clearing and setting tables, polishing glassware, and replenishing condiments.

• Work collaboratively with the team, providing support and taking the lead when needed to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or technical certificate in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management

• Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant/Japanese restaurant/Michelin-starred establishment will be added advantage

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
