Company profile: Dessert Store/Shop (eg. Crepes, Shave Ice)

Working location: orchard (3 locations)

Working Days: 6 days

Working Hours: 44 hours (retail hours, after 44 hours OT rate )

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth running.

Prepare quick-cook crepes, tea making, and similar items.

Deliver excellent customer service and make recommendations to customers. (Will need to promote / explain certain products/items in the menu to customers if customers will to ask)

Keep track of stock and replenish when needed.

General admin tasks assigned and help keep the store organized.

Operate the cash register and manage opening and closing of the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness of the store and personal hygiene. (In line with SFA and AVA requirements)

Follow company guidelines for promotions. (Training will be provided and guided on promotions)
