Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a personalized arrival and departure experience. Recognize all the regular guests and warm welcome guests back to the restaurant.
- Be responsible for checking in guests with club access.
- Follow Forbes sequence of service to ensure we are meeting expectations.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, emails and guest requests.
- Personalize each guest's experience by using the guests names where known. Acknowledge each special occasion where known. Communicate relevant guest information to Captains, Service Attendants and the Manager on Duty.
- Seat guests according to table allocation and operational flow.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and special occasion records.
- Perform other duties as assigned and provide operational support across F&B outlets and business functions as required.
- Able to work in different duties when needed and support Premium 55 F&B restaurant.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Minimum Secondary school education with O Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
- Prior Forbes-rated luxury hospitality and/or Executive Club Lounge experience are preferred.
Other Prerequisites
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills
