Key Responsibilities:

. Perform eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.

. Conduct eyelash lifting and tinting services.

. Provide eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination services.

. Offer professional advice to clients on lash and brow care.

. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to meet health and safety regulations.

. Ensure a high standard of client service, always maintaining professionalism.

. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques related to lash and brow services.

. Manage customer bookings and maintain accurate records of services provided.

. Follow company policies for stock management and ensure adequate supplies for the services provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

. Proven experience as an Eyelash and Eyebrow Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

. Certified in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services (preferred).

. Knowledge of lash and brow treatments, including techniques, aftercare, and trends.

. Strong attention to detail with the ability to create natural and customized looks.

. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Certification or training in lash and brow treatments from a recognized institution.

. Previous experience in a beauty salon or spa setting.

. Familiarity with retailing beauty products and upselling services.
