1. Job Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension and lash lift treatments with high technical standards
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable designs
- Provide careful, hygienic, and professional services
- Build long-term relationships with clients through high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area
2. Professional Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional eyelash artist
- Solid experience in classic and volume lash techniques
- Able to work independently and manage treatments without supervision
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N-1 level, as many of our clients are Japanese
- Experience working with Japanese customers is highly preferred
