Your key responsibilities
- As part of a core engagement team, you will work on various strategy and transformation initiatives. Projects will include market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.
- Lead independent projects or modules within engagements, including structuring the module, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulating recommendations.
- Share and align findings with clients to ensure understanding and agreement.
- Interact with client counterparts on a daily basis to foster collaboration and maintain alignment on project objectives.
What we look for
- A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a strategy or consulting firm, with expertise in the following areas:
- Life Sciences commercial skills, including strategy, go-to-market (GTM), commercial operations, therapy focus, digital initiatives, and pricing strategies.
- Life Sciences operations skills, encompassing sales force effectiveness (SFE), cost reduction, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and specific topics related to the Life Sciences supply chain.
- Healthcare commercial and operational transformation.
- Experience in healthcare transformation within the public sector.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within Singapore and internationally as necessary.
