About The Team
This position supports the External Traffic team in driving user acquisition and optimizing marketing performance for Monee's Credit products through external marketing channels.
The role focuses on performance analysis, marketing infrastructure building, and traffic optimization across different acquisition channels. You will work closely with regional and local marketing teams to improve user acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.
Job Description
- Monitor and analyze external traffic performance across key channels and full funnel metrics
- Identify performance gaps and translate data into actionable optimization strategies
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition and improve conversion
- Work with marketing teams to refine creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Support A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign and funnel performance
- Build and maintain tracking (UTM, attribution) and performance reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Possess experience in marketing, analytics, growth, or related roles
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance tracking
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in fintech, lending, or digital financial products
