The P2P Executive supports the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations within the APAC Shared Services Centre, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices, payments, and employee expense reimbursements in line with SOX and company policies. The role is responsible for vendor creation and maintenance, resolving P2P-related queries, and liaising closely with local finance and operational teams to address processing and payment issues. In addition, the P2P Executive contributes to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance overall service delivery and internal controls within the function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure overall P2P processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
  • Ensure invoices & payment processing including employee expense reimbursement are accurately and timely processed in the relevant accounting period
  • Ensure all new vendors are promptly and accurately created
  • Handles P2P enquiries, as well as liaise with Local Country Finance, Operational and relevant teams to resolve P2P processing and payment issues
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the P2P function

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in P2P process
  • Working knowledge of SAP & Concur preferred
  • Effective communication skills in English is essential, working knowledge of other Asian languages, such as Chinese & Bahasa will be advantageous. However the ability to read and write Japanese is a must.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
