Our client is seeking Data Scientist to join their team and leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning complex datasets into actionable insights that shape business strategy and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Machine Learning & AI: Build predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems (e.g., customer segmentation, demand forecasting, fraud detection).
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests to measure the impact of product or process changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging data science techniques, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with SQL and big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing).
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
