The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients. The investment management business currently manages SGD 2 billion AUM on behalf of institutional investors, with strong aspirations for growth within the region.

Our Project & Construction Management business is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced construction professionals with backgrounds in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and semiconductors, across greenfield or brownfield capex projects, for prospective opportunities in Singapore. These projects involve the delivery of advanced manufacturing facilities that enable scientific innovation and the production of medicines. Who are we looking for:

• Clean Utilities Engineers / Package Managers – ensuring reliable delivery of critical clean utility systems
• Process Engineers / Package Managers – driving the installation and integration of process equipment packages
• Black Utilities Engineers / Package Managers – managing essential infrastructure and support utilities
• Civil & Structural Engineers / Package Managers – designing and delivering robust structural solutions that support complex facility requirements
• Planners – developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment across disciplines
• Project Managers – leading projects from planning through execution with accountability for outcomes
• Construction Managers – overseeing site activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality delivery
• Permitting Managers- overseeing the acquisition and compliance of regulatory approvals required for project deliveries
