Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
Identify customer needs and analyse industry trends to build a sales pipeline that achieves sales targets and strategic business goals.
Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, complaints, service discrepancies, etc.
Meet defined sales activity targets by regularly visiting customers and scheduling appointments.
Track, analyze, and report sales activities and performance on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry.
Possess a solid understanding of freight forwarding concepts and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
