About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a 6-12 month contract. This role will be responsible for managing procurement activities within the OPEX/Maintenance category, focusing on equipment and facility management for our client's sites in Singapore, Johor (Malaysia), and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working from either the CBRE or onsite client office. Experience in the data center space is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Manage procurement activities related to OPEX and maintenance categories, including equipment and facility management.
- Source and evaluate suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Draft and manage contracts.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage procurement for sites located in Singapore, Johor, and Hong Kong.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist/ manager, with a focus on OPEX/maintenance categories.
- Experience in sourcing suppliers, contract negotiation, and contract writing.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- [Desired but not essential] Experience in the data center industry is a plus.
