Who we're looking for

. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent

. A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility

. Abilityto work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel to develop scalable reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions

. Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

. Exposure to Salesforce Analytics / CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python for analytics and automation is an advantage.

. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights
