Job Summary
Coordinate and manage daily export warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate cargo handling, documentation, and shipment compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily export warehouse operations and manage cargo movements to maintain efficient workflow
- Collaborate with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth export handling and timely resolution of issues
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and releasing of export cargo to meet shipment schedules
- Prepare and verify export documentation and enter data accurately into relevant systems
- Monitor shipment schedules and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic understanding of export and logistics workflows to support daily operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to prepare documentation and manage data
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines
- Availability to work morning shifts on a 5.5-day work week
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant export or warehouse experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- GCE O / A Level, Diploma, or higher qualification
