Export Shipping Executive ($3,500 / Manufacturing / West) - ag

Job Summary:

. Basic Salary: Up to $3,500

. Working Days: Monday to Friday

. Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

. Location: Pioneer Sector Walk (Company Transport at Jurong East MRT)

. Entitled to AWS + VB + 14 days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

. Working closely with new/existing customers to develop and provide feasible logistics solutions

. Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations

. Book vessel space with shipping lines

. Provide booking confirmation to customers

. Liaising with SFA officers for application of Export Health Certificate

. Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment

. Arranging documents to Embassy and government authorities for endorsement

. Send the request form to MUIS for certified Halal Cert when shipment is required

. Verifying bills on freight charges

Requirements:

. Candidates with experience in handling exports are highly advantageous
