Export Shipping Coordinator

Our client is a leading value chain management services, 3rd party & reverse logistics company. Due to their expansion, their 3rd Party Logistics operations in Tai Seng is currently looking fora Shipping Coordinator.

Salary offered: up to $3000
Work location: Tai Seng (Near Tai Seng MRT)
Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am - 5.45pm
Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefits

Purpose:
. Responsible for managing customer-facing logistics operations and export shipments to ensure timely order fulfilment and accurate documentation while supporting customer and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:
. Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions in customer systems accurately and within required timelines.
. Process order fulfilment transactions and maintain accurate system records.
. Coordinate export shipment bookings with logistics partners.
. Prepare and verify shipment documentation.
. Monitor export shipment status and provide updates to customers to ensure compliance with SLA.
. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
. Assist in resolving shipment or documentation issues.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics or export coordination
. Familiarity with HS Codes and Incoterms preferred
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Able to manage tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
