about the job

• Supervise Order Fulfilment: Direct the processing and delivery of export orders to ensure all shipments align with specific customer requirements and timelines.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with freight forwarders and internal teams to coordinate complex import/export shipment schedules efficiently.

• Document Management & Compliance: Oversee the organisation of all order-related documentation and ensure accurate, timely preparation of commercial invoices.

• Process Oversight: Monitor international payment procedures and the handling of sensitive import/export documents to maintain operational integrity.

• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for relevant authorities and ensure all shipping processes comply with international trade standards.

• Team Leadership: Report directly to the Supply Chain Director while providing guidance and supervision to ensure the team meets meticulous performance standards.

skills and experience required

• A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, coupled with substantial experience in an export-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade processes, including Letter of Credit and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to lead a team while working independently.
