- Ensure flight details are provided to customers within the specified time frame after receiving the booking.
- Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders.
- Apply the correct export permits and process other export customs in a timely manner.
- Respond to all calls promptly.
- Continuously monitor the onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Foster effective communication across all relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams).
- Ensure that the correct and up-to-date airfreight rates are applied.
