Expert Engineer or Tech Lead (Android and iOS, fintech, tech-driven company, million of users)

My client is world's leading firm in its industry, which has pioneered trading business globally. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Tech Leader to join the high-performing team in Singapore office. You will work closely with like-minded teammates, and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge mobile solutions that meet business requirements and deliver innovative user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers
• Focus on leading technical decision making building highly complex, highly trafficked, consumer facing web services
• Hands-on design and implementation within the full SDLC of architecture, development, testing, deployment and release work
• Code optimization to improve scalability, reliability, security and performance of mobile applications
• Collaborate with product design, product management and software engineering teams to deliver best in class user experience

Job requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with experience in native iOS and Android development
• At least 6 years work experience in IT industry, and proficient in programming language of swift, objective-C, Java, Kotlin
• Strong ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases
• Excellent problem-solving skill and the ability to work on complex technical challenges
• Good communication skill and proved leadership experience
