The Experiential Marketing Manager will lead projects from initial brief through to final delivery — translating brand objectives into compelling experiential concepts, developing proposals and presentations, managing project budgets and timelines, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality experiences.
The role requires someone who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, production partners, suppliers and on-ground teams to ensure every touchpoint is purposeful, on-brand and seamlessly delivered.
Beyond project delivery, the role will contribute to new business opportunities, identify emerging experiential trends and continuously challenge how brands can create more relevant, engaging and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Experience & Strategy
- Translate client objectives, brand positioning and audience insights into meaningful experiential concepts and activation strategies.
- Develop creative approaches that bring brand stories to life across events, activations, launches, hospitality experiences and other physical brand touchpoints.
- Challenge conventional event formats and identify new opportunities to create more engaging and differentiated experiences.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in experiential marketing, luxury, lifestyle, technology, entertainment and consumer engagement.
Client Leadership
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client presentations, creative discussions, project updates and decision-making sessions.
- Proactively manage expectations, identify potential challenges and provide solutions that protect both the client experience and project objectives.
Project & Event Management
- Lead projects from initial brief, concept development and proposal through to production, event execution and post-event reporting.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, production schedules and key deliverables.
- Oversee venue sourcing, supplier appointments, quotations, production, technical requirements, logistics and on-site operations.
Creative & Proposal Development
- Lead the development of creative proposals, experiential concepts, presentations, event journeys and activation mechanics.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to translate strategic ideas into compelling visual and experiential executions.
- Develop clear storytelling that connects the brand, audience and experience.
- Ensure creative concepts remain commercially viable and can be effectively translated into production.
Business Development
- Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through new experiential ideas and solutions.
- Support the agency in developing innovative propositions, partnerships and experience-led marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, brand experiences, integrated marketing, creative agencies or a related field.
- Proven experience in conceptualising and delivering brand experiences, product launches, corporate events, luxury events, activations or hospitality experiences.
- Strong understanding of how to translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into physical experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing on-site event staff.
- Operational and problem-solving skills, including risk assessment, contingency planning, and quick decision-making during live events.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English; proficiency in additional languages common in Singapore is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by event schedules.
- Relevant experience in events, marketing, or brand experience; a diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with event management software, basic budgeting tools, and presentation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) is beneficial.
