ABOUT THE JOB
- Support Head of Innovation in client organization in building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and anticipate future challenges.
- Translate customer insights into actionable innovation opportunities.
- Influence the development of new technologies, solutions, and services by integrating client feedback and strategic priorities into innovation roadmaps.
- Facilitate convergence between client's technology roadmap and customer expectations to ensure alignment and co-creation of value.
- Ensure innovation programs are aligned with customer expectations and client's long-term strategy.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring adherence to strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support the innovation pipeline: prioritize, track, and report on projects to maintain a consistent flow of high-potential initiatives.
- Maintain and update dashboards with innovation KPIs.
- Propose and implement best practices for innovation program management and governance.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to create a dynamic innovation ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in innovation management and open innovation frameworks.
- Support universities, start-ups, and incubator collaboration in the region.
- Promote a culture of creativity and intrapreneurship within the organization.
- Develop communication strategies and content for clients and key stakeholders to showcase innovation initiatives.
- Support funding research, application processes, and presentations for innovation projects.
- Prepare client presentations and technical proposals.
ABOUT YOU
- Academic background: engineering, business, or relevant field.
- Experience in innovation program management.
- Experience with dashboarding and KPI tracking tools.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate ability to foster collaboration and creativity.
- You demonstrate adaptability and openness to new ideas.
- You demonstrate ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
