Location : COMMERCIAL BLDG AT ALEXANDRA ROAD

Job description for Security Supervisor

. Possessed valid PLRD license, emplacement for SS rank successfully. Supervise a team of security personnel.
. Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers.
. Job duties include leading the team, conduct daily briefing, patrolling, protecting company's premise and access control, etc.
. Possess valid security license, completed PWM Supervisor Certificate (PLRD requirements).
. PC literate and can able to put up incident reports.
. Conduct OJT for new staff guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job.
. Fully familiarizes oneself with all emergency contingency plans, policy & procedure, manuals etc. and understand the role of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the ERT Team Leader and CMT.
. Ensures the Security Officers are at areas of their assignment at all times to look out for any suspicious loiterers/articles/incoming vehicles.
. Enforce discipline and report, warn or counsel on incidents of indiscipline observed as appropriately.
. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)/CAMS/Fire Command Centre (FCC) Monitoring

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE N level.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in hotels or private security law enforcement at a supervisory level.
• Minimum Officer Certification required by local authorities for Senior / Security Supervisor.
