This full-time, on-site role is located in Singapore. As an Experience Management Qualtrics Professional, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and administration of Qualtrics platforms to enhance experience management initiatives. You will be responsible for survey setup, data analysis, reporting, integration with existing systems, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and improve organizational processes based on data-driven outcomes.

• Proficiency in Qualtrics, survey creation, and platform administration
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights
• Skills in workflow automation and operational intelligence
• Understanding of system integration and enterprise technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in experience management or related roles is a plus
• Familiarity with compliance protocols and security measures is beneficial
