About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Exhibition 3D Designer to support our exhibition and event projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality 3D visuals that translate concepts into realistic, buildable exhibition designs.
You will work closely with the sales, project, and production teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, timelines, and fabrication feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 3D design concepts, layouts, and visualisations for exhibitions and events
- Produce 3D renders, perspectives, and presentation visuals for client proposals
- Develop designs based on project briefs, booth sizes, and exhibition guidelines
- Revise and refine designs according to client feedback and internal discussions
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
- Assist in preparing design proposals, mood boards, and presentation materials
- Ensure designs align with branding, safety, and exhibition regulations
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Design or equivalent qualification and experience
- Proficient in 3D design software (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or similar)
- Strong sense of space planning, materials, colours, and detailing
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in exhibition or event design is an advantage
