Job Summary

The Executive Vice President (EVP) - Electronics Audio Division is responsible for leading the overall strategy, business development, sales performance, and operational management of the Electronics Audio Division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening key partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the division. The EVP will oversee strategic planning, product portfolio management, and regional market development to achieve the Company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Electronics Audio Division in alignment with the Company's corporate objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the division's market share.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the electronics and audio sector.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability of the division through effective sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts, partnerships, and business agreements.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify emerging technologies and product trends to ensure the division remains competitive.
  • Support product launches and market positioning strategies.
  • Ensure divisional activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Implement appropriate risk management and governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in the electronics, audio, or related industry, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and divisional management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
