As an Executive, you will play a key role in driving TriGen's growth and sustainability through fundraising, corporate partnerships, and brand development. You will work closely with the Directors and core team to position TriGen as a credible, youth-driven healthcare initiative, while strengthening internal systems and supporting organisational governance.
This role sits at the intersection of impact, storytelling, and strategy - translating programme outcomes into funding, partnerships, and long-term growth.
1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation
Conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising campaigns (youth-led, digital, and community-based)
Develop grant proposals, sponsorship decks, and donor reports
Identify and engage corporate partners, foundations, and donors
Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities
Drive donor engagement and retention, including updates, reporting, and appreciation efforts
Work with internal teams to translate programme needs into fundable initiatives
2. Branding, Storytelling & External Positioning
Strengthen TriGen's brand presence and positioning across platforms
Translate programme impact into clear, compelling narratives and content
Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across programmes (HomeCare, HealthStart, HYLP)
Support content planning (e.g. social media, campaigns, website) to drive:
- Public awareness
- Partnership credibility
Collaborate with the Recruitment SE to align outreach messaging (recruitment) with brand positioning
3. Corporate Partnerships & Engagement
Build and manage relationships with corporate partners and sponsors
Develop CSR and employee engagement opportunities (e.g. volunteering, talks, collaborations)
Coordinate the full partnership lifecycle: Outreach → onboarding → engagement → retention
Support Directors in strategic partnership conversations and pitches
Ensure strong alignment between partner expectations and programme delivery
4. Corporate Governance & Secretariat Support
Provide secretariat support to Directors:
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
- Track key decisions and follow-up actions
Support organisational reporting and documentation
Maintain and organise key corporate records and internal documents
Assist with compliance-related processes (where required)
5. Data & Insights
Maintain structured databases for: Donors, Partners, Campaign performance
Track and analyse:
- Fundraising outcomes
- Partnership engagement
- Campaign effectiveness
Generate insights to inform:
- Fundraising strategy
- Partnership development
- Organisational planning
Support improvement of data systems and reporting processes
6. Programme Support
Work closely with the team to ensure alignment between:
- Programmes (Ops)
- Volunteer pipelines (Recruitment)
- Growth efforts (Fundraising/Branding)
Support key events, campaigns, and organisational milestones
