Executive, Treasury (2 Years Contract)

About the role: As Treasury Executive, you will support the Head of Group Treasury in daily treasury operations, cash and bank administration, and periodic reporting. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to strengthen controls, streamline processes and drive automation across treasury workflows, helping the business operate efficiently and securely.

Employment Type: 2 Years Contract

Reports to: Head of Group Treasury

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process payments, prepare supporting documentation and post related monthly GL entries accurately, completely and on a timely basis.
• Prepare and circulate daily cash receipts and bank balance reports promptly to support liquidity visibility and decision-making.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate exceptions promptly and maintain clear supporting schedules for review.
• Support ad-hoc treasury initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, cash management, banking administration and/or accounting; shipping or logistics exposure is an advantage.
• A confident and professional communicator who can work effectively with internal stakeholders, auditors, bankers and external service providers.
• A hands-on and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, a service mindset and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing deadlines and respond promptly to operational requirements.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, online banking platforms and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data, reports and reconciliations.
