The Mission (Your Key Focus):

1. Bid Coordination & Submission

• The Architect: You will identify and lead the submission of RFIs, RFQs, and Tenders. You'll be the person ensuring we put our best foot forward.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate tender requirements clearly to internal teams so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done.

• Precision Execution: Collate, prepare, and compile bid documents. You'll be responsible for the final check, bind, and pack before the big submission.

2. Commercial Support

• The Numbers: Work on costing and quotations for tenders and ongoing projects. You'll develop a sharp eye for pricing and commercial logic.

• Pipeline Management: Keep our Radar updated. You'll maintain the project pipeline so the business always knows what's coming next.

• Clarification Lead: Follow up on tender queries and ensure no question from a client goes unanswered.

Who We're Looking For:

• The Perfectionist: You have a detective's eye for detail. A missing signature or a typo doesn't get past you.

• The Organizer: You love checklists and timelines. You are the person who always meets a deadline, no matter what.

• The Communicator: Your English is strong, and you're comfortable talking to different departments to get the info you need.

• Educational Background: A Diploma in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
