Executive, Tenancy Design

Responsibility:

• Conduct Tenancy design briefing and discussion on tenancy matters to incoming tenants
• Review Tenants proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectations for mall design guidelines
• Perform site inspection during Tenants fitting-out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval
• Provide support and assist with space planning and updating mall drawings
• Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and follow up with its processes
• Able to provide Design solutions to tenants & vendors on ad-hoc tasks and spatial needs
• Ad-Hoc support :Support design team duties
• Update & maintain tenancy layout & all mall directories & signage
• Project & initiatives purposefully designed to improve mall tenancy

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III
• Minimum 3 years experience working in commercial fit-out, store planning, project coordination or interior construction environment is required
• Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required.
• Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point etc
• The ability to deal with demands of workload, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written
