Working Location

This is a 1-year contract, tele sales role in the pharmaceutical industry.

Salary range posted includes commission of up to $1000.

Training will be provided.

General responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services

• Follow up on leads and handle order processing via inbound calls

• Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate CRM records

• Meet sales team targets while delivering excellent service

Functional skills and knowledge

• Minimum O Level

• Customer service, or sales support

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity

Education

• O Levels and above

Work experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar or related role
