JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising meetings, appointments and strategic engagements to optimise leadership productivity
- Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries and related logistics
- Serve as a key liaison between the executive office and internal or external stakeholders, managing communications and correspondence professionally
- Prepare and review executive documents, presentations and reports with strong attention to accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate executive meetings and events, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Lead and support administrative or executive support teams to maintain high operational standards
- Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements by managing special projects and streamlining office processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and calendar management software
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
