. They bridge upper management with project teams, ensuring projects are profitable, innovative, compliant, and delivered with high quality and safety standards, handling major contracts, budgets, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- : Develops strategic plans, sets goals, and ensures projects align with company objectives.
- : Oversees budgets, approves major spending, manages costs, and ensures project profitability.
- : Guides project teams (PMs, Superintendents) through planning, execution, and closing, monitoring progress, quality, and deadlines.
- : Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- : Manages risks, ensures safety policies, and monitors regulatory compliance.
- : Promotes new technologies and sustainable practices in projects.
Core Duties
- Communicate with upper management and report on performance metrics.
- Approve bids, contracts, and spending levels.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
