What You'll Be Doing
- Market Intelligence & Analysis Research market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities to support trade strategies and decision-making.
- KPI Management Set, monitor, and analyze trade KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams achieve sales targets.
- Space Control & Optimization Maximize vessel space utilization and prioritize loading for VIP customers and sensitive cargo types such as Reefer.
- Customer Engagement & Business Development Promote our service offerings and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to drive growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI applications.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills comfortable with client interactions.
- Open to business travel when required.
