Executive / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tendering)

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead tender preparation,including BOQs, pricing, and tender reports.

. Conduct take-offs andquantity calculations.

. Manage risk assessment andtender compliance.

. Coordinate with project teams,clients, and subcontractors.

. Ensure tender submissions areaccurate and compliant.

. Develop and mentor junior QSstaff in tendering.

Requirements:

. Degree in Quantity Surveying orequivalent.

. 5-8 years of QS experience intendering with 2 years in a leading role.

. Strong track record in tendermanagement and winning projects.

. Experience with Public andPrivate Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.

. Excellent leadership,communication, and tender management skills.
. Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
