Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the workshop and operations departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
  • Identify and promptly resolve operational issues and emergencies to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures among staff to uphold operational integrity
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting onsite issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, email, network connectivity, software applications, and SAP system helpdesk to maintain uninterrupted IT services
  • Perform system backups and recovery to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity
  • Manage installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of hardware and software to maintain optimal IT infrastructure performance
  • Coordinate with service providers to schedule and oversee maintenance of servers and network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
  • Support maintenance of office equipment including security cameras, door access systems, and telephone systems to ensure operational readiness
  • Plan and liaise with vendors for scheduling and executing system deployments to meet operational needs
  • Manage procurement and accurate recording of company assets to maintain inventory control and accountability
  • Support Operations team in executing daily operational activities to meet business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or related field with proven experience in operations management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and effective email communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to support team collaboration and customer focus
  • Planning and management skills to organize resources and tasks efficiently
  • Ability to multitask, adapt proactively, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and capability to work independently
